Megjegyzések:	Light pollution is a new environmental challenge. We emit more light than necessary, and this is often done at wavelengths that are disturbing and even harmful to human health. In this situation, Dark Sky Parks, where there are no artificial light sources that burden the environment, have been established. Two of these parks are located in BAZ County, near Répáshuta, and in Hajdú-Bihar County, near Hortobágy. The present study reports on a questionnaire survey conducted in Répáshuta and in Hortobágy, inhabitants of which are informed about light pollution, and in Cserépváralja and Újszentmargita villages, located near the previous pair of settlements, not directly warned about the problem. With a direct on-site survey, we asked 21 questions to over 30-41 persons in the four settlements, and received answers taking full account of anonymity of the respondents. Recruitment took place in April-May, 2019 and November-January, 2020. The questions of the questionnaire are focused on the effects of lighting, the lighting habits, the relation of responding persons to the stellated sky, and additional knowledge on energy saving. The survey took place between November 2019 and January 2020. In the present study we have space for detailed presentation of eight questions.

Megjegyzések:	This paper introduce a historical geographical study on the process of land cover transformation in the Bükk Region, which can be regarded as a two-faced area concerning its anthropogenic disturbance. Based on historic mapping that began as early as the late 18th century, a database was produced, and the data was interpreted in the context of economic and social processes that took place in the area. Results could be presented in maps using the so-called Anthropogenic Disturbance Index (ADI). These maps demonstrate the peculiar land use pattern in the Bükk Region, namely co-habitation of the significantly transformed margins and the natural or quasi-natural central part. Between them, there are linear areas of intermediate disturbance. These areas, however, due to the foundation and activity of the Bükk National Park and modification of their economic value after the change of the political system, have not increased during the last several decades; rather a re-naturalization of the landscape is aimed.

Megjegyzések:	Studying the anthropogenic disturbance of a protected area is an actual task that could help the operation of nature protection functions. Conditions in the Bükk Region were preferable for human settlement. Nowadays, however, the nature protection aims of the national park prevail. Our reserach plan sets the target of studying the constraints and extent of anthropogenic effects in both space and time. The Human Influence Index is selected to detect the above. The index modified by us was calculated on the basis of the digitized material of 5 mappings using geoinformatic methods. Results were plotted on disturbance maps. Results reveal the increasing grade of anthropogenic effects along the major routes of movement in the Bükk Region. Spatial spreading, however, shows a specific fluctuation corresponding to the utilisation of resources and potential energies
