Megjegyzések:	In today's rapidly changing world, there is an increased need for excellent strategic planning. A firm's survival may indeed hinge on the firm's planning process being exemplary. Various aspects of the strategic planning process are under review today as organizations wrestle to compete more effectively in an ever-changing world. This paper reveals and describes five new trends or tools being utilized today by firms to more effectively engage in strategic planning. Specifically, the new trends and tools to be discussed in this paper are as follows: increased need to follow a strategic planning model; increased need to develop quality vision and mission statements; a new improved method for incorporating SWOT analysis into practice. Utilizing two matrices one internal and one external to provide a less biased way to access the current strategy fit with conditions facing the firm. Explain the use of a decision matrix commonly called the QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) for assessing the relative attractiveness of various strategies being considered for implementation. The purpose of this paper is to familiarize readers with basic new tools and techniques being used by organizations to effectively develop an improved strategic plan for the firm.

Megjegyzések:	In formulating strategies, companies are increasingly using QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) (David, David and David, 2016) analysis to determine the relative attractiveness of alternative actions being considered. Conceptually, QSPM analysis is an extension of the SWOT (Croman and Ronen, 2009) (David, Creek, and David, 2020) and determines the relative attractiveness of various strategies being considered for implementation based on the extent that key external and internal factors are capitalized on or improved upon. The aim of this paper is to propose and exemplify how QSPM analysis can enable agribusinesses to be more effective in their strategic planning decisionmaking process. Specificity in using QSPM analysis is important, because in the turbulent agribusiness industry, there are high stakes associated with strategic planning; QSPM analysis can be a valuable decision-making tool for agribusinesses, as explained in this paper.

Megjegyzések:	Agribusiness is one of the most diverse and fragmented industries in the world and includes firms operating in production, wholesale, and processing levels of the food supply chain. This paper addresses recent trends in the industry, in particular: the increased involvement of large multinational firms and cooperatives in Europe, the growing trend of vertical integration within the industry, the reduction of fragmentation in production and processing, and the trend toward fewer but larger farms. In order to facilitate success among small European agribusinesses, this paper develops and introduces to that sector a new strategic planning methodology: Develop EFE (external factor evaluation, IFE (internal factor evaluation), and SWOT (strength-weakness-opportunity-threat) matrices that include AQCD (actionable, quantitative, comparative, divisional) factors. The new methodology presented in this paper can serve as a guide for small agribusiness firms doing strategic planning.

The purpose of this paper is to familiarize readers with basic new tools and techniques being used by organizations to effectively develop an improved strategic plan for the firm.

Megjegyzések:	2020 posed a series of unforeseen challenges for economic actors. Digitalization, one of the most critical drivers of innovation, provided a lifeline for organizations who anticipated the opportunity and ramifications of a global pandemic. Digitalization offered alternative solutions for contacting partners, serving customer needs, retaining customers, and creating the possibility of online administration. The present study seeks to answer the question - using a database of ongoing research - to what extent are Hungarian and Romanian businesses able to discover the characteristics of the digital transformation, where and to what extent digital technology plays a role in the supply chain, and whether they have started digitization. The developed quantitative database was analyzed and processed utilizing SPSS 25 statistical software. Descriptive statistics and frequency analysis were run, followed by an analysis of variance to explore the existing relationships. For the multiple mean comparison test, the Tamhane test was used to analyze for differences in groups. As a result of the evaluation, the authors found statistical support that managers opinions on Internet Platforms creating more accessible business agreements is dependent on firm size with larger firms placing more emphasis on the benefits of Internet Platforms than smaller firms. The organizations recognize the potential of digital developments, but these developments are accompanied by a high degree of mistrust. Digital technology is typically used only to conduct processes during production or service activities and not as commonly conducted for increasing market share or expansion. Based on the authors' proposal, the broadest possible application of digital technology within a company can provide its user a long-term survival, competitive advantage, and further development opportunities.

Megjegyzések:	The rapid proliferation of the demand-side, platform-based collaborative economy and its various forms have been an aspect of everyday life for over a decade. However, despite the platform's popularity, the descriptions and names attributed to the demand-side, platform-based collabora-tive economy are often used interchangeably and can be ambiguous, resulting in confusion among researchers and practitioners. This study examines the articles published during the pre-vious ten years, which have aimed not only to define but also to classify the collaborative economy according to various criteria. After reviewing the existing classification criteria, this ar-ticle presents a clearer taxonomy of the multiple forms of the collaborative economy by distin-guishing service providers' groups on their respective attributes. Our review and analysis have both theoretical and practical importance. Regarding the latter, our research will help managers and government officials alike in rethinking the taxation and subsidizing policies related to the various demand-side, platform-based collaborative economies and in preparing national and in-ternational consultations and conventions. This study aims to define the demand-side, plat-form-based collaborative economy and integrate the concept into various economic activities, providing a new and valuable contribution to the literature.

Megjegyzések:	The explosion of platform based collaborative economy (CE) into the tertiary sector has changed the balance of power of market. The purpose of the study aims at introducing the CE, with special regard to its varieties and definitions and its awareness in Visegrad Group (V4) countries and in EU. Article includes both primary and secondary research. The international literature review was carried among definitions of CE from the last 10 years' articles. It was found that there is no uniform definition of CE, and it also turned out that the scope ofactivities related to the concept is not uniformly organized. This article is also focuses on the economic markets of the (V4) countries CE from supply and demand-side aspects by analysing EU database with SPSS software.The estimation of CE services reveals a more positive picture among Polish and Czech residents, whereas Slovak respondents are an average of EU-28. Despite the fact that Hungarian respondents are most familiar with the CE, they are the most conservative in with consideration. The most popular CE platforms are accommodation and transport services in V4 countries. To the best of our knowledge, the analysis of this topic has not been carried out.

Megjegyzések:	A környezet növekvő változékonysága egyre nagyobb kihívást jelent a vállalatok, vállalkozások számára. A gazdasági események bekövetkezésének sebessége változó, a bizonytalanság miatti kockázat nő, ami az üzleti vállalkozásoktól új szemléletű tervezési gyakorlatot vár el. Stratégiájuk kialakítása, tervezése során mind a külső és a belső környezet tényezőinek feltárása, mind a versenytársaik elemzése jól megválasztott módszerek alapján történhet. Ezen módszerek áttekintését, a tervezési és oktatási gyakorlatban történő alkalmazását tekintjük cikkünk céljának, melynek során a hazai és a nemzetközi gyakorlatban is alkalmazott stratégiát megalapozó módszereket mutatjuk be, kiemelve a külső és a belső környezetet elemző módszereket. A külső környezet elemzése során a hagyományos PEST analízisre és a Porter?féle öttényezős modellre épülő külső faktor értékelő mátrix felépítését és alkalmazhatóságát szemléltetjük. A belső elemzési módszerek esetén a módszerválasztás szempontrendszerét, valamint az alkalmazható módszerek esetén az erőforrás alapú megközelítésre, kulcsfontosságú tényezők elemzésére, illetve a Porteri értéklánc elemzésre épülő belső faktor értékelő mátrix jelentőségére térünk ki. A stratégiát megalapozó elemzések harmadik pillérét a versenytársak mátrix alapú értékelése jelenti. A módszerek alkalmazhatósága függ a vállalkozás formájától, működési területétől és tevékenységének jellegétől, amit az új gazdasági szférák (pl.: sharing) és az átalakult erőviszonyok megjelenése is bonyolít.
