Megjegyzések:	This article aims to find legal efforts of workers who layoffs caused by COVID-19 pandemic. Layoff in a company can occur when a company goes bankrupt until it cannot meet its employees' salaries. In addition, some others are not affected by layoffs but are laid off without getting a salary. That were a big problem to face new normal era, a daily life after pandemic. Using the normative legal research method, this paper aimed to explain and describe how COVID-19 affected a thousand workers around Indonesia and European Unian. Human rights, especially the rights of worker, use as a tool to analyze, how COVID-19 pandemic affected workers in Indonesia and European Union. As a result, this paper found that many people were laid off because of the COVID-19 pandemic; the government provides some facilities to help people who laid off during and after pandemic COVID-19, both in Indonesia and European Union perspective. Indonesia adopted some program, such as; a) Program for Family Hope; b) Food Donation Without Cash; c) Bantuan Sosial/Bansos; d) Village Funds; e) The Ministry of Social's social charity; f) Pre-Work Card (Kartu Prakerja); g) Donations made by the provincial government; h) Generosity from the city or regency administration; and i) The provincial government offers assistance to those who require housing. While, The EU has a constitution that guarantees that all citizens can work throughout the territory of the member states.

Megjegyzések:	This study aims to describe and analyze how the cultural inheritance of a collaborative Hindu-Muslim community occurs in Tengger Village, Lumajang Regency, East Java, Indonesia using the concept of ta'awun as the theoretical framework. The research is qualitative with a multi-case study type. Data were collected using in-depth interviews to relevant parties, participant observation at the research locus, and documentation to collect information about the history and general description of the Tengger people. Meanwhile, data analysis is by examining ta'awun concept by presenting and condensing data then drawing conclusions. Researchers check the data validity using credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. This research resulted in the following: the cultural inheritance of mutual collaboration in the community is through; 1) becoming role model to show respect on others' right, 2) establishing and maintaining community organization, 3) organizing customary events with committees coming from the whole part of the community.

Megjegyzések:	Judicial review ensures that no regulations are contrary to higher laws, and none is unfair to people. The review of Indonesia's laws and regulations is conducted based on a hierarchy of laws and regulations. However, many laws and regulations are not within the hierarchy that raises uncertainty about the institutions that are authorized to review them. This research aims to offer an alternative review authority against all types of laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia. This research employed normative legal research with statutory, conceptual, case, and historical approaches. This study stated that the alternative design of regulatory, judicial review is the unification of all judicial reviews' authority into one judicial institution. Second, separation into judicial institutions is different from the model of separation based on the order of hierarchy of legislation, based on the scope of usable power (local and national), based on legislation and non-legislation, based on the forming and separation institutions with cross-subsidy models.
