Megjegyzések:Internet is one of the most critical aspects of this period. The growth of the internet has resulted in the emergence of E-WOM from reference group and Influencer in social media. The review of E-WOM of reference group and influencer can be positive or negative based on the experience. This study aims to analyze and gain a more comprehensive understanding of the influence of E-WOM of reference group and Instagram influencers on the brand image partially and simultaneously. The study was conducted on 100 students of Sam Ratulangi University using quantitative method and Multiple Linear Regression as the analysis tool. The result revealed that E-WOM and Instagram Influencer partially and simultaneously has positive effect on brand image. Therefore, the brands need to consider the reviews of the products from the consumer and influencer.

Megjegyzések:The rapid spread of the COVID-19 outbreak has resulted in disruptions to banking performance and financial system stability. In response to this the government made one of the credit relaxation policies through credit restructuring for debtors affected by Covid 19. This debt restructuring provides relief for debtors to fulfill their obligations which indirectly the company has to opportunity to be able to allocate funds to the company's operation first in the hope that this has an impact on improving financial performance. This study aims to find out how the impact or influence of credit restructuring on financial performance during the covid 19 pandemic. This study uses a non-experimental quantitative approach in cross sectional, by collecting data to calculate profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, collectability ratios, which are taken from financial statements taken at PT. Pegadaian Cabang Bisnis Mikro Manado Selatan. Financial reports for 2020-2022 when the pandemic occurred. The results of this study indicate that from the data obtained from the financial statements by calculating the profitability ratio, liquidity ratio, collectability ratio, it shows that the company still has the ability to meet its obligations during this pandemic, even though the credit restructuring is extended.

Megjegyzések:The development of services at banking sector companies in Indonesia has been increasing from year to year. This can be seen from the existence of intense competition between banks in Indonesia. Along with this fierce competition, banks are required to maintain the quality of their service. Banks must provide good quality services to their customers, as a benchmark that distinguishes the bank from its competitors, because customers will always looking for bank that can provide the good service that align with their expectations and desires. In the banking industry, customer satisfaction become one of the factors or indicators which proves that the bank has been able to compete in providing excellent service to their customer. The field of service company that will be examined in this study is a service company in the banking sector, which is BRI Unit Unsrat Manado. This research has purpose to analyze and to find out the real evidence of the effect of service quality elements (SERVQUAL) on customer satisfaction. The sample of this research is 50 respondents which are the loan customers/debtors of BRI Unit Unsrat. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression analysis method conducted by using IBM SPSS Statistics Ver.28 software with purposive sampling technique. The results of this research shows that Service Quality Elements has a positive and negative correlation also significant and non-significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at BRI Unit Unsrat Manado.

Megjegyzések:Competition in the hotel industry is getting tougher, Hotel's management are required to know what travelers are looking at hotels, how they take their decision for a selection of hotels. This research aims to analyze which selection factors are considered as important and what is the actual performance of these particular hotel selection factors at Four Points by Sheraton Manado. This research uses Importance and Performance Analysis in order to analyze the data. 100 guests who stayed there were surveyed as the respondents. The result shows there are employee service quality located in quadrant I it means this factor has a high importance and low performance. Security and rooms and receptionist are located in quadrant II means that these factors has both high importance and performance. Food and recreations located in quadrant III which means this factor are both have low importance and performance. Value located in quadrant IV it means this factor is considered less important but the performance is good. Based on the result there are recommendations for Four Points by Sheraton Manado to keep maintain those factors that have high importance and high performance and improve those factors that have low in performance.

Megjegyzések:In this era of technology, Online Game is getting famous because gaming are hobbies for people. Exploring the emergence of Online Games and the impact to the other gaming platform, why they want to play online games rather than the other conventional gaming and could give information to marketer, developer, and publisher in order to improving their business. This research was conducted to identify the immersion attributes for Gamer in Manado City. This research gathered data from 100 respondents, which were taken by using Purposive Sampling method. Correspondence analysis is applied in this research to analyze the immersion attribute and to measure the inertia; in this research the inertia value is 0.152 which is the row-column association is considered significant. Five immersion attributes were found as the important factors in this research. Those attributes are Accessibility, Price, Enjoyment, Social Interaction and Achievement. From the result of data analysis processed by Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 24, Correspondence measurement indicates that the immersion attribute have strong correlation between conventional gaming platforms and immersion attribute using perceptual map. Based on the results of Correspondence Analysis, Accessibility is closely associated with PC game, Price with Mobile Game, Enjoyment with PC game, social interaction with Mobile Game, and Achievement with Console game.

Megjegyzések:The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Attitude, Ability to recall, and frequency of clicking online advertisement on purchase intention of millennial generation in Manado. This research used quantitative method. 100 samples were collected with questionnaire distributed via social media from millennial generation in Manado. Multiple linear regression and 5 points Likert scale was used to help the data analysis in this research. Conclusion of this study were (1) partially a positive and significant relationship between the independent variable (attitude towards an online ads) on purchase intention (2) partially a positive and not significant relationship between the independent variable (ability to recall an online ads) on purchase intention (3) partially a positive and significant relationship between the independent variable (frequency of clicking an online ads) on purchase intention. The result of this research shows that attitude towards online ads(X1) ability to recall online ads(X2) and frequency of clicking online ads (X3) have a positive and significant correlation with purchase intention(Y) partially.

Megjegyzések:North Sulawesi is known as one of the places that produce Copra the most in Indonesia. In North Sulawesi, the agriculture sector is considered as one of the superior commodities for the economy. The people of North Sulawesi have been cultivating coconut to be processed into copra as one of their main sources of income. The plantationin Pakuure Village, Tenga sub-district, South Minahasa Regency is an area that is overgrown with coconut plants. This village it is one of the producers of coconut plants inNorth Sulawesi. Based on the interview conducted with all of the ten informants whichare the copra buyers, and then the result shows all of them are the copra buyers, and most informants almost have the same answers about being a copra buyer as the main commodity. It is also discovered that each of the ten informants have their own different experiences and opinions as a copra buyer and how the supply chain can affect their income. The quality of copra determines the price of copra, thus affects their income. According to them the quality of copra determines the price of the copra. Good quality copra always gets the best price, while the bad quality ones tend to have the worst price, that of course affects their income as a copra buyer that the supply chain of copra definitely affects the income of the copra buyers, as most ofthem being a copra buyer as their main source of income. From the results of the interview with all informants, researcher found that the supply chain of copra definitely affects the income of the copra buyers, as most of them being a copra buyer as their main source of income. Especially whenit comes to quality control, if the copra farmers came up with a huge amount bad quality copra, it can heavily affect the final outcome of the copra buyers.

The purpose of this study was to the influence of service quality and customer trust towards customer satisfaction on Shopee in Manado. This study uses multiple linear regression. The population in this study is people who shop online through Shopee in Manado. The type of population used in this study is an unlimited population and for the sampling technique using purposive sampling.

Megjegyzések:Mobile banking is the result of the banking industry revolution that brings convenience, credibility, ease of use, timeliness and banking experience at the fingertips of its users. The advantages of mobile banking services increase customer satisfaction while the access of mobile banking as a customer transaction service delivery channel creates value for the bank. This research aims to analyze the customer satisfaction in using mobile banking through factors such as perceived credibility, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness, which focuses on mobile banking service of PT. BANK SULUTGO. This study describes causal research using quantitative approach. Questionnaires were distributed to 105 respondents who met the purposive sampling criteria in this research. The data are processed using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that there is significant positive effect of perceived credibility, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness toward customer satisfaction in using mobile banking. To compete digitally and survive, BSG needs to keep up with consumer expectations which will result to the customer satisfaction by providing guaranteed security and simplifying its digital platform by making it easier to use, so that its mobile banking will be evolving alongside consumer needs and user preferences.

Megjegyzések:Product Placement and Influencer Marketing are types of marketing strategy that uses media such as Movies and TV Shows and also social media. The product will be promoted throughout the show and also through famous influencer in order for the brand to gain more recognition. Brand awareness are customers' ability to recall and to use the product from a certain brand after seeing them and to buy them in the future. This paper consists of study on Generation Z's behavior especially for the awareness of the brand through product placement that appears on Movies and TV Shows and also Influencer Marketing across social media platform. The result was taken from 100 Generation Z who lives in Manado and have interest on Movies and TV Shows along with influencers on social media. According to the findings, the people found that product placement has a significant impact towards the awareness of the brand and that influencers marketing has less impact due to the lack of trust that they have on the review that was done by the influencers.

Megjegyzések:The development of household population that increasingly growing every year makes retail business competes to fulfil household needs. In an effort to maintain their position in the market, retailers must learn several marketing strategies and what factors can attract customer's impulse buying intention and MR D.I.Y is one of the modern retail stores that provide household needs. The intention of this study is to analyse and identify what are the factors that influencing the impulse buying of Sam Ratulangi Students at MR D.I.Y Manado Town Square. The respondents of this study is 100 students that have experience in MR D.I.Y Manado Town Square using convenience sampling. Confirmatory Factor Analysis is used to analyse the data in this research. There are 14 factors included in this analysis and the result shows that all 14 factors are correlated with each other. From the factoring process, there are 3 factors formed as a result which are: Customer purchase intention factors, Environmental factors and Situational factors.
