Megjegyzések:Sample preparation and measurement methods suitable for serial measurements were elaborated for the determination of the NO3 - , SO4 2- and Cl- contents of soil and plant samples using single column ion chromatography. In the case of soil samples, the use of a 1:5 aqueous extract (1 h extraction time) was found to be the best method of sample preparation for serial measurements on the NO3 - , SO4 2- and Cl- contents, which could be measured simultaneously from the extracts. Although the soluble SO4 2- content of the soil could be measured equally well in aqueous and 0.01 M CaCl2 extracts, water was judged to be the best extracting agent, as this allowed the quantities of Cl- and NO3 - to be measured at the same time. An optimum method was also elaborated for the determination of the NO3 - , SO4 2- and Cl- contents in plant samples (wheat grains, wheat straw, strawberries). In correctly prepared aqueous extracts, NO3 - , SO4 2- and Cl- contents could again be successfully determined in parallel. Standard deviation was recorded to determine the reproducibility of ion chromatography measurements on soil and plant extracts. In all cases the CV% value characteristic of the deviation was below 11.45, and ranged from 1-6% in identical extracts. The applicability of the ion chromatography technique for determining the anion contents of soil and plant extracts was investigated with the help of recovery tests. In all cases a high percentage of the added ions was recovered.

Megjegyzések:A pot experiment was set up on 27 May 2010 in the greenhouse of the Institute of Agricultural Chemistry and Soil Science using pseudomyceliar chernozem soil, originating from the Debrecen-Látókép area. The soil had the following parameters: Upper limit of plasticity according to Arany (KA): 37.5; Clay and silt content: 51%; pH(KCl): 5.5; pH(H2O): 6.6; Humus %: 2.8; AL-P2O5: 140 mg·kg-1; AL-K2O: 316.3 mg·kg-1, showing that the soil was mildly acidic, of loam texture, with moderate supplies of nitrogen and phosphorus and good supplies of potassium. The basic treatments in the experiment were control, mineral fertilizer and straw treatment, while in some combinations these were supplemented with three different bacterial fertilizers (Bactofil A, EM1 and Microbion UNC). The 12 treatments in the two-factorial experiment were arranged in a random block design with three replications, giving a total of 36 pots. The test plant was perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.). Eight weeks after the start of the experiment, plant samples were taken for the determination of dry mass, phosphorus and potassium content, and soil samples for the determination of nitrate and AL-soluble phosphorus and potassium contents.
