Megjegyzések:	Authors describe a case of a patient with amyloidosis presenting the clinical picture of Sjögren's syndrome. In their case, the amyloidosis involved the salivary-and lacrimal glands and joints. Considering these, the possibility of Sjögren's syndrome was considered. The diagnosis could be confirmed by minor salivary gland- and skin biopsy. The aim of this work was to discuss the common clinical spectrum of the two diseases and their differential diagnostic aspects, based on their typical case, and relevant from the literature.
