Megjegyzések:	Let G be a finite p-group having a characteristic cyclic series (c.c.s.) and let ? be its Frattini subgroup. It is shown that the automorphism group of G is either a p-group or is the semidirect product of a normal p-Sylow subgroup of G by an elementary abelian group of exponent p ? 1 and of order (p ? 1)r, where 1 ? r ? s ands = \|G /?\|. It is also shown that G has a c.c.s. containing ?.

Megjegyzések:	The purpose of this paper is to show that all zeros of the reciprocal polynomial P-m(z) = (m)Sigma(k = 0) A(k)z(k) (z is an element of C) of degree m greater than or equal to 2 with real coefficients A(k) is an element of R (i.e. A(m) not equal 0 and A(k) = A(m-k) for all k = 0,...,[(m)/(2)]) are on the unit circle, provided that the "coefficient condition" \A(m)\ greater than or equal to (m-1)Sigma(k = 1) \A(k) - A(m)\ is satisfied. Moreover, if the "coefficient condition" holds, then all zeros e(iuj), (j = 1, 2,..., m) can be arranged such that \e(i 2pij)/(m+1) - e(iuj)\ < (pi)/(m+1) (j = 1,..., m). If m = 2n + 1 is odd, then -1 = e(iun+1) is always a zero, and all zeros of P2n+1 are single. If m = 2n is even, if the "coefficient condition" holds with equality and if sgnA(2n) = sgn(-1)(k+l) (A(k) - A(2n)) = sgn(-l)(n+l) (An - A2n)/(2) (k = 1, 2,..., n - 1), then u(n) = u(n+1) = pi, the number -1 = e(iun) = e(iun+1) is a double zero of P-2n. Otherwise all zeros of P-2n are single.
