Megjegyzések:	There is an increasing number of companies in the printing industry that meet the criteria of the ISO 9001 2000 standards. These companies want to cooperate with such maintenance and service companies that can provide proper guarantee on the operability of production equipment through their own quality management systems. This article introduces an example of a mutually beneficial cooperation of two (ISO) certified companies in meeting those quality standards. The keys to success in such cooperations is the synchronization of decision points, documentation processes and quality goals (or standards), the mutuality of complacence surveys and shared knowledge management.
