Megjegyzések:	Searches for flavor changing neutral currents (FCNC) in top production and decayusing data collected by the Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) experiment at?s= 7 and 8 TeVcorresponding to an integrated luminosity of around 5 fb?1and 20 fb?1are presented. FCNCsearches are conducted to probetqZ,tq?,tqH, andtgqinteractions in various channels.There is no excess of signal observed in the data. The upper limit ofB(t?u?)<0.0161%,B(t?ug)<0.0355%,B(t?Zq)<0.05% andB(t?cH)<0.56% at 95% confidence level areobtained. Future prospects of FCNC searches with the upgraded detector at 14 TeV are alsopresented.
