Megjegyzések:	Part One of the paper is devoted to the structural features of changes in higher education in terms of contents and space as well as organizational structure. Part Two is devoted to the analysis of status quo and perspectives. From this, in Part Three recommendations and suggestions follow. The major finding is that approximation to the West European standards has already replicated the structural weaknesses of those systems. The mismatch between ideology and bureaucracy- inspired changes in higher education on the one hand, and labor market demand in the medium to long run on the other has intensified and is likely to grow in the future.
