Megjegyzések:	In this paper we present the construction of warped product of Finsler manifolds and study the relationship between the Cartan connections of the base, ber and warped product manifolds. It is shown that the leaves are totally geodesic and the bers are totally umbilical in the warped product. Then we characterize the geodesic curves, and give relationships on the curvature tensor.

Megjegyzések:	In this paper we consider a dominating Finsler metric on a complete Riemannian manifold. First we prove that the energy integral of the Finsler metric satisfies the Palais-Smale condition, and ask for the number of geodesics with endpoints in two given submanifolds. Using Lusternik-Schnirelman theory of critical points we obtain some multiplicity results for the number of Finsler-geodesics between two submanifolds.
