Megjegyzések:The industrial applications of the computer aided design andsimulation necessitates a simplified and trusted data transfer. Itneeds to worked on an interface software which is able to handleCAD geometries and export them into FEM systems, also has tobe able to export those surfaces which was created during theFEM simulation process to an intelligent CAD system. Alsotheseinterfaces have to be easy-to-use and working without any data orinformation loss. This article gives information one of thesegateways which is connect the Unigraphics NX CAD system andthe AutoForm FEM software efficiently and gives the best waytodata and information transfer.Applying this gateway we are ableto reduce the CAD modeling and FEM simulation time,especially when we compare it with the conventional method.The basic Barkhausen-noise (BHN) measuring techniques arewell known by thephysical sciences. As usual a techniquewithout any industrial application is not enough. There arevarious BHN measuring techniques which are applied inindustrial field and we would like to introducing another field ofapplication which can be useful anddevelopable. The basicstructure of this technique is the usually applied BHN measuring method. The difference from the other techniques that we createda totally direction dependent stress control system, and we canchange the physical stresses in different directions or combinethem. Using the BHN measuring techniques by a rotatingmeasurement?this means that we rotate the measuring head in10? steps?we can measure the stress changing and the remainingstress in the material. Using this method we can compare themeasured stresses with those stress distribution that wascalculated by Finite Element Method systems. Besides we canuse the measured data to the reverse engineering or as input in thedeep drawing tool designing or redesigning procedure. Using thismethod the "circle of deep drawing tool design" could be moreefficient and using the accurate data from the BHN measuring-later it can built a database for similar applications-thedesigning process will be more productive.
