Megjegyzések:Due to climate change, the importance of irrigation in crop production increases. Favorable water supply can cause a yield increase of up to 20% of onions. According to our studies, the dry matter and ash content of the fruits of plants growing at a higher water supply level is lower in relation to raw weight. In the onion, the concentration of the five tested nutrients (K, Ca, Mg, Mn, Zn) was higher in the plant growing under a water supply that is more favorable for the plant. This experience allows us to conclude that the water supply influenced the composition of the soil solution, the concentration of K, Ca, Mg, Mn, and Zn in the soil that can be taken up by plants.
