Megjegyzések:A közlemény összefoglalja a növényvédőszer-maradék eloszlásával kapcsolatos ismereteketaz egyedi terményekben illetve a szabványokban rögzített mintavételieljárással vett összetett mintákban. Az elemzéshez rendelkezésre álló több mint19000 egyedi terményben, 144 üzemi kezelést követő mintában, 1900 növényvédőszer növény kombinációban végzett szerkísérletekből származó egyedi mintákban, valamint a kísérleti területekről vett >1200 duplikált mintapárban mért szermaradékértékeket nagyszámú számítógépes modellkísérlettel kiegészítve 19 termékcsoportrameghatároztuk a mintavétel tipikus hibáját. A potenciálisan több termőterületrőlszármazó árúk ellenőrzésénél a tipikus mintavételi bizonytalanságnál 1.4 szer magasabbértékkel célszerű számolni.A forgalmazás előtti termék-megfelelőség ellenőrzésénél a mérési eredmény értékelésekormintavétel és a laboratóriumi mérés reprodukálhatóságát magában foglalókombinált bizonytalanságot kell figyelembe venni.A növényi termények növényvédőszer-maradék tartalmának forgalmazás előttiellenőrzésénél javasoljuk az engedélyezett növényvédőszer-maradék határértéknélalacsonyabb cselekvési színt megállapítását. Gyakorlati példákkal illusztráljuk aszámítását megkönnyítő Excel makró alkalmazását és a kapott eredményeket.

Megjegyzések:Az analitikai standard oldatok pontossága a növényvédőszer-maradék, de minden máskémiai szennyező mérési eredményét a vizsgálat utolsó lépésében döntően befolyásolja,és a minta komponenseinek meghatározása során a névlegestől eltérő aktuáliskoncentráció tekintetében folyamatosan szisztematikus hibát eredményez. A legtöbb,eredményeiért felelősséget érző laboratórium ezért különös figyelmet fordít a standardoldatok elkészítésére és tárolására, illetve az oldószer esetleges elpárolgásából adódóveszteség pótlására a standard oldatokat tároló eszközök tömegének használatutáni és használat előtti mérése alapján. Tapasztalataink szerint azonban a gyakorlatimunkában a szükségesnél sokkal kisebb figyelmet fordítanak az egyes hatóanyagokesetleges bomlásának ellenőrzésére, illetve nem a megfelelő statisztikai módszert alkalmazzákaz ellenőrzési eredmények értékelésére. Cikkünkben bemutatjuk két "jóanalitikai gyakorlatot" alkalmazó laboratórium standard készítési módszereit, elemezzükaz egyes lépések bizonytalanságát és javaslatot teszünk a legpontosabb standardoldatok elkészítési módjára.

Megjegyzések:Pure analytical standards of pesticide residues may decompose or change their concentrations, especially in diluted standard solutions. The SANTE/11945/2015 guidance document on analytical quality control permits a ?10% difference between the concentrations in the new (100%) and the old standard solutions, which should be tested by comparing the average responses of the corresponding components obtained with a minimum of five replicate injections. To verify that the difference is within the permitted ?10%, the application of the two one-sided t-test (TOST) is recommended. It is shown here, with practical examples, that the two-sample t-test is not suitable for this purpose, because it is designed to prove that the old and new standard solutions have different means, not that the means of two sets are equal or within a specified limit. Furthermore, it is recommended that the standard solutions be prepared based on weighing with 0.01 mg accuracy and in duplicate, and that their average concentrations, determined with an appropriate instrumental technique, should be compared with the TOST to identify potential errors in their preparation. An automated Excel template, provided as supplemental material, simplifies the calculation.

Cím:Use of Combined Uncertainty of Pesticide Residue Results for Testing Compliance with Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) / Zsuzsa Farkas, Andrew Slate, Thomas B. Whitaker, Gabriella Suszter, Árpád Ambrus
Dátum:2015
ISSN:0021-8561
Megjegyzések:The uncertainty of pesticide residue levels in crops due to sampling, estimated for 106 individual crops and 24crop groups from residue data obtained from supervised trials, was adjusted with a factor of 1.3 to accommodate the largervariability of residues under normal field conditions. Further adjustment may be necessary in the case of mixed lots. Thecombined uncertainty of residue data including the contribution of sampling is used for calculation of an action limit, whichshould not be exceeded when compliance with maximum residue limits is certified as part of premarketing self-control programs. On the contrary, for testing compliance of marketed commodities the residues measured in composite samples should be greaterthan or equal to the decision limit calculated only from the combined uncertainty of the laboratory phase of the residuedetermination. The options of minimizing the combined uncertainty of measured residues are discussed. The principlesdescribed are also applicable to other chemical contaminants.

Cím:Testing the efficiency of extraction of incurred residues from soil with optimized multi-residue method / Gabriella K. Suszter, Árpád Ambrus
Dátum:2017
ISSN:0360-1234
Megjegyzések:The reproducibility of extraction of residues from spiked soil samples and from soils containing incurredresidues was tested with 14C-labeled test compounds of different physical-chemical properties. Nearly100% of the compounds added to the sample before extraction could be recovered with an averagereproducibility relative standard deviation (CV) of 5.4%. The additional steps of the determination process(cleanup, evaporation, etc.) contributed to the major part of the variability of the results (CV D 10-20%).The incurred residues were most efficiently extracted with acetone for 30 min followed by the mixture ofacetone/ethyl acetate 1:1 for additional 30 min. However, they could only be recovered at various extent(64-90% of total residues), underlying the importance of testing the efficiency of extraction. The residueswere identified and quantified by gas chromatography applying thermionic detector. The performanceparameters of the method complied with the international method validation guidelines, and they provedto be robust and suitable for determination of pesticide residues in soils of widely different physical?chemical properties.

Cím:Distribution of pesticide residues in soil and uncertainty of sampling / Gabriella K. Suszter, Árpád Ambrus
Dátum:2017
ISSN:0360-1234
Megjegyzések:Pesticide residues were determined in about 120 soil cores taken randomly from the top 15 cm layer of two sunflower fields about 30 days after preemergence herbicide treatments. Samples were extracted with acetone-ethyl acetate mixture and the residues were determined with GC-TSD. Residues of dimethenamid, pendimethalin, and prometryn ranged from 0.005 to 2.97 mg/kg. Their relative standard deviations (CV) were between 0.66 and 1.13. The relative frequency distributions of residues in soil cores were very similar to those observed in root and tuber vegetables grown in pesticide treated soils. Based on all available information, a typical CV of 1.00 was estimated for pesticide residues in primary soil samples (soil cores). The corresponding expectable relative uncertainty of sampling is 20% when composite samples of size 25 are taken. To obtain a reliable estimate of the average residues in the top 15 cm layer of soil of a field up to 8 independent replicate random samples should be taken. To obtain better estimate of the actual residue level of the sampled filed would be marginal if larger number of samples were taken.

Dátum:2006
ISSN:0360-1234 1532-4109
Megjegyzések:The efficiency of four sample processing methods was tested with eight different typesof soils representing the major proportion of cultivated soils. The principle of samplingconstant was applied for characterizing the efficiency of the procedures and testing thewell-mixed status of the prepared soil. The test material was 14C-labeled atrazine thatenabled keeping the random error of analyses ? about 1%. Adding water to the soilproved to be the most efficient and generally applicable procedure resulting in about6% relative sample processing uncertainty for 20 g test portions. The expected erroris inversely proportional to the mass of test portion. Smashing and manual mixing ofsoil resulted in about four times higher uncertainty than mixing with water. Grindingof soil is applicable for dry soils only, but the test procedure applied was not suitable forestimating a typical uncertainty of processing dry soil samples. Adding dry ice did notimprove the efficiency of sample processing.
