Megjegyzések:	An in vivo mouse model was developed in order to study the characteristics of secondary tumor induction by cytostatic drug combinations used in human anticancer treatment. In this model we have proved the carcino-leukemogenic effects of widely used chemotherapeutical drug combinations (CHOP, COPP, COPBLAM, VAM). The carcinogenic hazards of cyclophosphamide and other alkylating drugs could also be demonstrated in our model.

Megjegyzések:	Authors have worked out an animal model to study secondary tumours. The model is particularly good for studying the carcinogenic effect of the interactions of cytostatics. Authors believe this model to be the first, both in Hungarian and international literature, to demonstrate the carcino-leukemogenic effect of widely used cytostatics treatment schedules (CCHOP, COPP, COP-BLAM, VAM). This model has also confirmed the potential risk of cyclophosphamide and alkylating agents. The nonclassical chemical leukemogenic effect was demonstrated in this model, too. Considerable contribution to our present knowledge in this field is expected from studies with this model, particularly in relation to oncogen-antioncogene investigations.
