Megjegyzések:	This treatise presents somé aspects of the economic-financial role of tourism in Hungary and in the EU countries, highlighting its part acted in the development of balances of payments account. The international economic crisis has affected every country of Europe, it has influenced the performance of tourism-catering as well therefore the statistical figures serve as a database of the research from the pre-crisis period till the present days. We point to the changing of the revenue and expenditure sides of the current account, the role of EUR/HUF exchange rate fluctuation in Hungary which mostly affects the tourism-catering. The balance of tourism continuously increased during the researched years: it was EUR 1918 millión in 2008 and EUR 2383 millión in 2013 which can be considered an almost 20% growth. While the number of the totál overnight stays has increased only since 2010, the average room rates have hardly changed, the tourists have spent more in Hungary, 11 thousand fewer people have worked in the sector since 2008.

Megjegyzések:	The purpose of the research is examining the number of domestic students in higher education by national, régiónál and international details. Previous to generál crisis we could observe ?the expansion of higher education" in most countries. After the crisis in the following period we could be witnesses of different progressions, in somé countries the number of students in higher education dynamically risen, although elsewhere drastic decrease was happened. The economical development requires more and more highly and gradly qualified professionals, therefore the main point in our research is showing the link between the GDP, number formation of the students and the R&D inputs During our research we highlight the GDP data of countries with the highest and permanently growing headcount of students. The statement seems to be true, which says that those countries appropriate more (2-3%) to education and R&D, the number of students in higher education is rising, where efficiency of economics is high. At the same time Turkey is an exception, where the GDP's only 0,9% goes to R&D, however the number of students risen from 2,9 to 4,3 millión in four years.
