Megjegyzések:	41-year old Chardonnay vineyard from the Tolcsva region in Hungary was used in the present experiment. In 2014, the bud burst was in March and a rainy period occurred before the flowering. The humidity and weather temperatures were certainly favourable for the growth of microorganisms and infection by Grapevine Trunk Diseases (GTD)-pathogenic fungi. One hundred grapevines were monitored for GTD-foliar symptoms in July that was also the rainiest month. The same year, wood samples of symptomatic and asymptomatic plants were collected for microflora analyses in October.The microflora, particularly endophytes and GTD pathogens, colonising the woody tissues of different parts of symptomatic and asymptomatic plants have been studied (Bruez et al., 2014). For that purpose, non-necrotic and necrotic tissues of the root and wood from the rootstock as well as trunk and the cordon have been sampled. Several different fungi were identified both from the symptomatic and the healthy plants. Diplodia seriata and Diaporthe sp. pathogens were isolated from the non-necrotic tissues of both the symptomatic and the asymptomatic plants; moreover, other endophytic fungi, e.g. Epicoccum sp., Trichoderma sp., Mucor sp., Botrytis sp., Fusarium sp., and bacteria have also been identified.
