Megjegyzések:	The purpose of the community partnership program is to increase the capacity of independent and sustainable marine fish farmers groups. Specific targets are 1) Increasing the quantity and quality of fish products from marine aquaculture in floating net cages, and 2) Enhancing partners' understanding and skills in terms of effective and efficient marine fish aquaculture technology in floating net cages. The main problems recorded, namely: 1) lack of knowledge of marine fish aquaculture technology in floating net cage; 2) fish harvest time that requires a long time, and 3) poor financial management. To overcome these problems, an approach is carried out through direct education and training, mentoring, and management of fisheries business management in the field to partners. After that, each trainee in the partner group is given the opportunity until they can do it themselves. The target that will be achieved at the end of this education and training is that all group members and their families have knowledge of: 1) superior marine fish polyculture technology in floating net cage and 2) good financial management.

Megjegyzések:	Poverty is a social reality characterized by underdevelopment of many things associated by social, economic, cultural, political, educational and natural factors that directly influence the inability of society, thus becoming poor. Poverty reduction efforts carried out by the community empowerment approach through areas system agrotechno based without the waste products of fish, beef, biogas, crops, fish feed, organic fertilizer and marine protected areas (MPAs) in the coastal areas of the District Boltim and Bosel, North Sulawesi . The data used are primary data obtained from field survey with the help of a list of questions. The samples were 30 respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive method by using two-sample t test value pairs (paired sample t-test). The results showed that the empowerment of communities through the application area system agrotechno based without the waste products of fish, beef, biogas, crops, fish feed, organic fertilizer and marine protected areas (MPAs) in the coastal areas, there is a significant difference increase between family?s income before and after implementation of the system agrotechno region.

Megjegyzések:	In ASEAN, Indonesia as one of the developing countries that is continuously preparing themselves in order to compete with other countries in the case of ASEAN single market. Small Medium Enterprise is the best solution to facing the ASEAN Single Market and also to face unemployment as a one of Indonesia's problem. Small and medium enterprises play an important role for Indonesia economy development and also generating employment. The development of small and medium enterprises in urban areas is needed. Beside the vital role of SMEs to contributing significantly to economic growth and job creation SMEs are facing more challenges to operations and to grow from factors both inside and outside: the lack of access to external financing, and need human capital building. The objective of this research is to analyze human capital building and finance assistance to development of small and medium enterprise in Manado and Tomohon. The research type is quantitative research that associative with multiple linear regression analysis technique. There are 100 participant of SMEs are participated in this research. The result of this research shows that there is significant simultaneous and partial influence of Human Capital Building and Financial Assistance on small medium enterprises development in Manado and Tomohon. Regarding on the result to enhance the development of SMEs in Manado and Tomohon these proponents should be considered intensively.
