Megjegyzések:	This study aimed to analyze the influence of company size, capital structure, Non-Performing Loans, Capital Adequacy Ratio, and Return On Equity of the Company Share Price Index LQ45 Banking On observation 2011-2015. The population of the LQ45 many as 45 companies. Samples from this study consists of five (5) Banking Companies In LQ45 in 2011 Samai 2015 observation by purposive sampling as the sampling method. The data used is secondary data and methods of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, regression analysis. for to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. By t-test to see the effects of the partial t, F test to see simultaneous effect and coefficient of determination to see the ability of independent variables in explaining the dependent variable. The results of this study are the size of the Company and Non-Performing Loans partially have a positive influence on stock price, while the size of the Company, Capital Structure, Non Performing Loan, Capital Adequacy Ratio, and Return On Equity simultaneously have an influence on stock price.
