Megjegyzések:This study aims to examine how entrepreneurial education (EE), innovativeness (INT), technological adaptability (TA), and self-management (SM) shape the risk-taking behavior (RTB) and intention to become entrepreneurs of university students. Additionally, it intends to explore the influence of risk-taking behavior (RTB) as a mediator and family support (FS) as a moderator. This study utilized a quantitative methodology to gather data from a cohort of 396 university students. The data was collected by a survey questionnaire that employed a seven-point Likert scale. The sampling method used was convenience sampling. We utilized structural equation modeling (SEM) to examine and interpret the data. The findings demonstrated a direct relationship between each independent variable and risk-taking behavior as well as entrepreneurial intentions. The proposed variable and entrepreneurial intentions are significantly mediated by risk-taking behavior. Furthermore, there is a favorable correlation between risk-taking behavior and entrepreneurial intention when family support is present. This study covers literature gaps on entrepreneurial intentions by thoroughly investigating interconnected variables including self-management, innovativeness, technological adaptability, risk-taking behavior, and entrepreneurial intentions. The study evaluates the impact of these determinants, explores risk-taking behavior as a possible mediator, and explores the moderating effects of family support.

Megjegyzések:Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is increasingly acknowledged as an essential component of sustainable environmental performance (SEP), but the mechanisms behind this relationship are poorly understood, particularly in the case of SMEs in developing nations. Based on the Natural Resource-Based View (RBV) theory, this study investigates how green capability (GC) and green transformational leadership (GTL) mediate the CSR-SEP relationship, with a focus on the moderating function of perceived organizational support (POS). A survey of 420 SME employees in Bangladesh was undertaken, and the results were examined using SPSS and AMOS for structural equation modeling. The fndings indicate that CSR greatly improves SEP. Furthermore, GC and GTL act as key mediators, increasing the CSR-SEP relationship. Furthermore, POS moderates the correlations between CSR and SEP, as well as GTL and SEP, implying that organizational support can strengthen or weaken these links. These fndings demonstrate the diverse role of CSR in promoting environmental sustainability in many economic circumstances. The study provides practical implications for SMEs and policymakers, emphasizing the strategic signifcance of leadership and organizational support in improving CSR-driven sustainability eforts.

Megjegyzések:The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between climate change, economic disasters, disaster management, and sustainability in the coastal areas of Bangladesh. Specifically, it aims to investigate how disaster management mediates the impact of economic disasters on sustainable embankment and economic sustainability, providing insights for enhancing resilience in these vulnerable regions. Method: This study employs a quantitative research approach to analyze the relationships among climate change, economic disasters, disaster management, and sustainability in coastal areas of Bangladesh. Data collected through structured surveys administered to key stakeholders in the region, including local residents, government officials, and disaster management experts. To analyze the data, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used. Findings: The results show that climate change has a positive (β = 0.277) and statistically (p value <0.05) significant impact on economic disasters in coastal areas, and disaster management is also significantly (β = 0.172, p value < 0.05) related to mitigating economic disasters. Furthermore, the result demonstrates that disaster management has a positive impact on sustainable embankment (β = 0.145) and sustainable economy (β = 0.150) development. Moreover, the authors also find that disaster management significantly (p value < 0.05) mediates the relationship between economic disaster and sustainable embankment and economy development. These findings highlight the necessity for policymakers to give integrated disaster response plans and resilient infrastructure funding top priority in order to improve coastal regions` sustainability and economic stability. Originality value: This study contributes to the existing body of knowledge by highlighting the direct relationship between embankment resilience and sustainable economic growth and how both can assist lessen the ongoing impacts of climate change. Moreover, this relationship offers the groundwork for policy interventions specific to Bangladesh`s coastal regions by highlighting the significance of infrastructure resilience in mitigating economic disasters.
