Megjegyzések:	Two peptide derivatives, D-Trp-Phe-D-Trp-Leu-AMB - TCBL-136, and D-Tyr-Phe-D-Trp-Leu-AMB (AMB: NH-CH(2) -CH(2) -CH(CH(3) )(2) ) - TCBL-145 - proved to be potent inhibitors of the function of the N-terminal ATP-pocket of Hsp90 (Heat Shock 90) protein of some cancer cell lines (IC(50) s are 3-27 in microM). The (1) H STD NMR spectra supported interactions of TCBL-136 in the binding pocket of the protein. The binding modes were studied theoretically. Computational molecular docking calculations were performed to suggestinteractions between the ligands and the pocket of the protein. The experimental binding free energies were compared to that of the theoretical ones. Molecular dynamics (MD) calculations indicated the rearrangement of the "closed" structure of Hsp90 in the absence of its geldanamycin (GA) ligand to the "open", apo structure and the move ment of TCBL-136 in the pocket. The "closed" and "open" structures were studied by polarizable "molecular force field" AMOEBA.
