Megjegyzések:A night soil depository, treatment and recycling plant was built in 2005 for the settlements of Nagylók and Hantos (Hungary) and this electricity free, anaerobic system with contact units and biological treatment has been in operation for last 12 years now. Pretreatment is carried out with raw screens and tangential sand filters. The partial biology operates with the immobile TURBOPAK? contact unit, developed by us, and at the same time the sedimentation, phase separation and partial biological treatment with the use of contact units is also ensured. This is the Dual Biological Process System, or DBP, which was patented under the name of System GYULAVÁRI. (The TURBOPAK? contact unit was also granted a patent in the USA under the patent number of 5,227.054). The cleaning system has operated in a mixture of contaminants between 2.000 and 10.000 mg/l CODCr and 4.000-5.000 BOD5 based on samples and measurements taken periodically. According to these measurements removal efficiency of CODCr was 90-95 % and 60-80 % for BOD5. Polishing phases of the system: use of poplar irrigation system; other utilization possibilities: sludge composting, watering with added algae. The plant requires no electricity so all of the electric energy is saved.
